Q: Cannot connect to Spotify / Spotifyに接続できない

A: First, make sure the Spotify app is installed on your device. Then, ensure you are logged in to the Spotify app. If it still doesn't connect, try restarting the app.

Q: Intro loop is not working / イントロループが動作しない

A: To use intro loop, you first need to save tracks to your Quick List. If you don't have any saved tracks, the loop won't start. Also, a Spotify Premium account is required.

Q: How to set custom timer / カスタムタイマーの設定方法

A: Tap the timer button at the bottom of the screen and select custom timer. You can freely set it between 3 and 90 seconds.

Q: How to change theme color / テーマカラーを変更する方法

A: You can change the "Brand Color" and "Icon Color" from the settings screen. Choose your favorite colors and create your own IntroShot.

Q: What is Motion Log? / Motion Logとは何ですか?

A: Motion Log is a feature that records your music experience by scene such as "Walking" or "Stationary". You can analyze in what situations you enjoy music.

Q: Where is data stored? / データはどこに保存されますか?

A: All data is stored only on your device. It is never sent to external servers. Please also check our Privacy Policy.
